Turkish CRC prices increase as HRC rises further
Turkish domestic cold-rolled coil (CRC) prices surged in the past week as local and import HRC prices continued rising during the week, market sources tell Kallanish.
Local mills are asking $720-740/tonne ex-works for November-production CRC since last week, depending on the producer market, participants inform. This is up notably from the $690-700/t ex-works demanded just before the holidays a week earlier.
