Turkey's HRC, CRC import prices steady
Hot and cold-rolled coil import prices in the Turkish market hovered at the previous week's levels last week as demand for import coils remained weak, market participants tell Kallanish.
Russian and Ukrainian mills' offers remain in the $460-475/tonne cfr Turkey range for HRC, with Ukraine-origin material offered in the lower end of the range. CRC offers from CIS stay at $510-525/t cfr Turkey or some $5/t lower from Ukraine, according to buyer sources.
