Turkish automotive production falls amid supply issues
Following its recovery in August, Turkish automotive production fell by 24.7% on-year in September to 107,029 vehicles, with passenger car production down 34.4% to 59,335 units, Kallanish learns from the Turkish Automotive Manufacturers' Association (OSD).
Commercial vehicle production decreased by 7.7% to 47,694 units.
Turkish automotive exports slumped by 17.9% to 76,249 units, generating $2.51 billion in revenue, down from $2.64 billion last year.
