Turkish automotive producers foresee challenging 2024
Turkish automotive production ended 2023 on a downward trend. It declined 16.2% on-year to 119,314 vehicles in December. Passenger car production alone fell by 18.3% to 76,416 units, Kallanish learns from the Turkish Automotive Industry Association (OSD).
Total and passenger car production were 138,735 and 96,922 units respectively in November.
Commercial vehicle production fell 12.1% on-year to 42,898 units.
