Turkey's August CRC exports almost double on-year
Turkey's cold rolled flat steel exports surged 94.2% year-on-year to 35,750 tonnes in August, thanks to a jump in shipments to the US, Kallanish notes from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
The average value/tonne of these exports decreased to $872/t from $1,117/t a year earlier, calculations from TUIK data show.
