Turkish CRC/HDG prices mostly steady, seen rising
Turkish cold-rolled coil (CRC) and hot-dip galvanized (HDG) prices largely flattened last week, after rising slightly the week before, but expectations remain that prices will increase, market participants tell Kallanish.
Local producers offered CRC at $650-670/tonne ex-works, up $10/t on-week in the lower end of the range. There were rumours heard in the market that mills plan to raise February-rolling CRC prices to $700/t ex-works from January.
