Turkey's Yukselen Celik reports 2023 sales, profit slump
Yukselen Çelik, a leading Turkish specialty steel producer, saw 2023 revenue halve to TRY 1.413 billion ($38.9 million).
The company reported a net loss of TRY 147.5m in 2023 versus a net profit of TRY 52.1m in 2022, Kallanish notes.
The company’s sales decreased to 32,189 tonnes in 2023, down from 57,698t in 2022.
