Turkey’s welded pipe exports, imports rise in July
Turkish welded pipe exports grew by 7.8% year-on-year to 149,639 tonnes in July, Kallanish notes from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data. The average price of these exports declined to $681/tonne from $833/t a year earlier.
This was the second consecutive month to show y-o-y rise in exports after a 26.4% growth in June to 154,415t, following a -19.2% decrease to 149,938t in May.
