Turkey’s Vertra Steel readies for billet production
Turkey's Vertra Steel is nearing the commissioning of its 77% completed billet production facility in Ceyhan, Adana.
The plant will produce specialty round steel billet in diameters of 200-220mm and specialty square steel billet of 150mm, 200mm and 120mm.
Vertra Steel continues its existing and new investments, in line with its carbon neutral and green steel targets, notes Kallanish.
