Turkey’s Tatmetal to invest in solar power plant
Turkish flat steel producer Tatmetal has announced that it will build a solar power plant at its Eregli production facilities, Kallanish reports.
GES, which is Tatmetal's first renewable energy investment, will be built on 70,000 square meters of the roof area of its production facilities and, when completed, will generate an average of 12 million kilowatt-hours (kWh) of electricity per year.
