Turkey’s steel exports rise 1.9% in Q1
Turkey’s steel exports increased by 1.9% compared to the same period of the previous year and reached 5.1 million tonnes in the first quarter. In value, exports gained 22.5% to $3.8 billion, Turkish Steel Exporters’ Association (CIB) says in a statement seen by Kallanish.
The EU, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia were the largest export destinations respectively with a 75% share in total exports.
