Turkey’s September rebar exports rise sequentially, fall on-year
Turkish rebar exports continued to grow in September, increasing to 409,309 tonnes from 199,435t in May, 303,252t in June, 328,109t in July and 369,107t in August. However, they fell by 17.7% on-year.
The average recorded price was $565/tonne, down from $673/t in September 2022 and $588/t in August 2023, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish.
