Turkey's seamless pipe imports rise further in July
Turkey's seamless pipe imports increased 40% on-year to 29,754 tonnes in July, driven by a growth in procurement from China, Kallanish notes from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
Compared to June, July's imports rose 24%. The overall average value/tonne of these imports, however, decreased to $978/t from $1,137/t a year ago.
