Turkey’s rebar exports decline in March
Turkey’s rebar exports went down by -9.8% year-on-year to 636,607 tonnes in March as their competitiveness was reduced by increasing scrap prices. The average value of these exports decreased to $329/tonne from $454/t a year earlier, Kallanish calculates from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
