Turkey’s pipe exports continue downtick in August
Turkish welded pipe exports continued their downward trend in August, decreasing by 19.2% on-year to 143,906 tonnes, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. They nevertheless rose from 120,364t in July.
The average value of August exports was $1,044/tonne versus $1,173/t a year earlier and $1,008/t in July 2023.
