Turkey’s Oyak Renault suspends production amid supply issues

Bursa-based Oyak Renault says it has suspended production at some units until 4 April due to the semiconductor supply shortage that is hampering the automotive industry. Some workers at the factory have said there is a shortage not only of microchips but also of other components, and that the factory may halt production for 15 days during Ramadan next month.
