Turkey’s May pipe exports decline
Following their slight increase in April, Turkish welded pipe exports fell in May, decreasing by 16.3% on-year to 150,615 tonnes, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. They nevertheless rose from 146,623t in April.
The average value of April exports was $1,034/tonne versus $1,125/t a year earlier and $1,030/t in April 2023.
