Turkey’s May automotive production continues to fall
Turkish automotive production continued its downtick in May. It declined 3.7% on-year to 131,956 vehicles. Passenger car production rose by 1.2% to 91,823 units, Kallanish learns from the Turkish Automotive Industry Association (OSD).
Total and passenger car production in April were 97,877 and 61,835 units respectively.
Commercial vehicle production in May declined 13.3% on-year to 40,133 units.
