Turkey’s Koc Metallurgy extends production halt through June
Koc Metallurgy tells Kallanish it will extend its production halt through June and resume crude steel production in July.
Koc Metallurrgy stopped crude steel production for a month from 7 April due to measures taken against the coronavirus, as well as continued weak steel demand. It extended the stoppage once and has now done so for a second time.
