Europe drives Turkey’s January CR flats exports growth
Turkey’s cold rolled flats exports increased by 42.9% year-on-year to 28,683 tonnes in January, mainly on the back of higher exports to European countries, Kallanish notes from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data. The average value/tonne of these exports decreased to $866/t from $1,463/t a year ago.
