Turkey’s IDC sinks to loss amid sales decline
Turkish electric arc furnace-based steelmaker Izmir Demir Celik (IDC) increased its first-half revenue by 16.6% on-year to TRY 12.8 billion ($474 million), Kallanish learns from the firm.
However, the company sunk to a net loss of TRY 1.09 billion in January-June versus a net profit of TRY 207.9m a year earlier.
