Turkish EAF mills suffer from unhealthy scrap-HRC spread
Turkish hot rolled coil prices have reached their lowest level since November 2020, when the post-Covid recovery spurred a rapid price hike, while the scrap-HRC spread has become dangerously narrow for mills, Kallanish notes.
