Turkey's HR flats exports decline eases in October
The pace of decline in Turkish hot-rolled (HR) flat steel exports eased in October, Kallanish notes using the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
October's exports went down -10.6% on-year to 162,044 tonnes, but were up 13.5% over September. The overall average value/tonne of these exports increased to $561/t from $436/t a year ago.
