Galva Metal buys out Wuppermann share, plans expansion
Turkish steel service centre Galva Metal has bought out its German partner Wuppermann to concentrate on further expansion, according to a Galva Metal president Tolga Kisacikoglu statement seen by Kallanish.
Differing visions for the company's future led to an amicable separation with Wuppermann, while trade with Wuppermann will continue, Kisacikoglu says.
