Turkey’s Ford Otosan to suspend production
Turkish automotive producer Ford Otosan has decided to suspend production at its Kocaeli Gölcük plant between 30 March and 4 April due to interruptions in supply of input material.
Turkey’s automotive industry has recently shown the first signs of recovery since the economic contraction began in August 2018. But it has now once again slowed due to anti-coronavirus measures and highly volatile exchange rates in Turkey.
