Turkey’s July economic confidence index hits 38-month high
Turkey’s economic confidence index, which was 97.8 in June, increased by 2.3% in July to 100.1, according to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
The increase stemmed from growth in consumer, real sector (manufacturing industry), services, retail trade and construction confidence indices.
Turkey’s construction confidence index increased by 4.7% in July to 86.3 (see Kallanish passim).
