Turkey’s economic confidence index rebounds further in October
Turkey's economic confidence index increased by a further 4.8% month-on-month in October to 92.8.
The growth was driven by increases in consumer, real sector (manufacturing industry), services, retail trade and construction confidence indices, according to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK). This is the sixth consecutive increase seen in the economic confidence index since its dip in April.
