Covid-19 dashes Turkish economic confidence recovery
Turkey’s economic confidence index declined -5.9% in March to 91.8 from its 21-month high in February. This stemmed from declines in the real sector (manufacturing industry), services and retail trade confidence indices, according to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
