Turkey’s economic confidence hits 39-month high
Turkey’s economic confidence index, which climbed above 100 in July for the first time since 2018, increased by 0.7% on-month in August to 100.8, according to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
The increase stemmed from growth in real sector (manufacturing industry), services, retail trade and construction confidence indices.
