Turkey's economic confidence hits 41-month high
Turkey’s economic confidence index, which climbed above 100 in July for the first time since 2018, continued its increase in September. It rose by 1.6% on-month in September to 102.4, hitting a 41-month high, according to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
The increase stemmed from the increases in consumer, real sector (manufacturing industry), services and retail trade confidence indices.
