Turkey’s crude steel production increases in September
Turkey's crude steel production declined -6.9% on-year in September to 2.7 million tonnes. However, it recorded an increase of 3.8% from August, according to the Turkish Steel Producers Association (TCUD).
Electric arc furnace-based output fell -9% on-year in September and BOF-based output dropped by -1.5%.
