Turkey’s construction, consumer confidence continue growth in October
Following its recovery in September, Turkey’s seasonally adjusted construction confidence index continued to rise in October. The index, which was at 88.3 in September, rose to 89.1 in October, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) says in a note seen by Kallanish.
The index for building activity over the past three months, however, declined by 0.5 points to 96.8 in October. Current overall order books rose to 82.1 from 81.9.
