Turkey’s construction, consumer confidence indices fall in July
Turkey’s seasonally-adjusted construction confidence index fell slightly in July. The index, which was at 88.9 in June, declined to 88.1 in July, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) says in a note seen by Kallanish.
The index for building activity over the past three months declined by 3.3 points to 97.0 in July, while that for current overall order books rose to 83.6 from 83.2.
