Turkish construction, consumer confidence continues rise in September
Turkey’s seasonally-adjusted construction confidence index continued its upward trend in September. The index, which was at 86.26 in August, rose by 2.12% in September to 88.09, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) says in a note seen by Kallanish.
The index for building activity over the past three months, however, fell to 92.46 in September versus 93.52 in August, while that for current overall order books fell to 80.3 from 81.92.
