Turkey’s construction confidence recovers in September
Following three consecutive months of declines, Turkey’s seasonally adjusted construction confidence index has recovered in September. The index, which was at 87.4 in August, rose to 88.3 in September, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) says in a note seen by Kallanish.
The index for building activity over the past three months increased by 2.3 points to 97.3 in September. Current overall order books fell to 81.9 from 83.5.
