Turkey’s construction confidence index rises in March
Turkey’s seasonally-adjusted construction confidence index, which was at 74.5 in the previous month, increased by 3.7% in March, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) says in a note seen by Kallanish. It now stands at 77.2.
The index for building activity over the past three months decreased to 86.7 versus 89.8 in February, while current overall order-books increased to 61.1 from 60.4 in January.
