Turkey’s construction confidence recovers in April
Turkey’s seasonally-adjusted construction confidence index, which has been falling since the beginning of the year, recovered in April. The index, which was at 81.0 in March, increased by 3% in April to 83.5, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) says in a note seen by Kallanish.
The index for building activity over the past three months fell to 96.0 in April versus 97.2 in March, while that for current overall orderbooks rose to 80.7 from 77.0.…
