Turkey's construction confidence index ends four-month rise
Turkey’s seasonally-adjusted construction confidence index, which was 92.4 in August, decreased by 0.7% in September to 91.8, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) says in a note seen by Kallanish. This is the first decrease after four months of increase.
The index for building activity over the past three months rose to 96.1 in September versus 90.8 in August, while that for current overall orderbooks rose to 83.1 from 83.0.
