Turkish construction confidence deteriorates further in March
Turkey’s seasonally-adjusted construction confidence index continued its downswing in March. The index, which was at 89.8 in February, fell to 88.5 in March, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) says in a note seen by Kallanish.
The index for building activity over the past three months declined by 5.6 points to 100.3 in March, while that for current overall order books rose to 85.0 from 84.5.
