Turkey’s Celik Halat halts US exports

Turkey’s steel wire and rope producer Celik Halat has temporarily halted exports of pre-stressed concrete (PC) steel wire strand to the US. This is until the US completes its antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on this product, the firm says in a stock exchange filing.
