Turkey’s Borusan sells Gemlik land, buildings to Borcelik
Turkey’s Borusan has completed the sale of the land and buildings of its large-diameter pipe production facility in Gemlik to Borçelik, a company within the Borusan Group, for $66 million, or TRY 2.04 billion.
