Turkey's April rebar exports rise on Europe/Americas surge
Turkish rebar exports rose on-year in April as increased shipments to Europe/the Americas offset the drop in exports to the Middle East/North Africa, Kallanish learns from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
April's rebar exports rose 3.7% y-o-y to 449,041 tonnes. The overall average value/tonne of these exports increased to $438/t from $369/t a year ago.
