Turkey's 2023 scrap imports decline 10%
Turkish scrap imports, which have recovered since October, continued their growth in December. They hiked by 31.1% on-year in December to 1.664 million tonnes, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. They were also up from 1.071mt in September, 1.499mt in October and 1.558mt in November.
