Turkey’s 2021 rebar exports surge despite fourth-quarter fall
Turkish rebar exports continued to decrease in December 2021, falling by 14.9% on-year to 519,323 tonnes, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. They were, however, up from 461,166t in November.
Average sales price increased to $702/tonne versus $463/t in December 2020 and $695/t in November 2021.
