Turkey extends protection measure on wire rod imports
Turkey has extended its recently-implemented measure on wire rod imports, notes Kallanish.
The country imposed an additional duty of $175/tonne on alloyed and non-alloyed wire rod imports for 200 days as a temporary protection measure, effective from 8 January (see Kallanish passim).
Following a new statement published in Turkey’s Official Gazette dated 30 June, the measure has been prolonged by another three years.
