Turkey, Asia intake boosts Polish scrap exports
Polish scrap exports surged 26% on-year in May to 188,353 tonnes, according to data from Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) monitored by Kallanish. Their average value, however, was down to PLN 1,384/tonne ($353) from PLN 1,481/t in May 2018.
