French/Italian tube prices stabilise amidst dumping concerns
French and Italian tube prices have stabilised after the sharp increases seen in December and the adoption by most European re-rollers of new price lists for the year 2017. In both countries however, the level of discount upticked last week compared to the beginning of the month.
