Germany's Remondis takes full ownership of TSR Recycling
TSR Recycling, one of Germany’s largest steel scrap merchants, has been taken over completely by multi-recycling group Remondis, headquartered in Lünen, North Rhine Westphalia.
Remondis has been the majority owner since 2006, when the Dutch company SHV divested TSR to a consortium composed of Remondis, Germany’s Cronimet and Italian steelmaker Alfa Acciai. The original shareholdings were 60%, 20% and 20% respectively.
