Trump picks Goldman Sachs exec to oversee exports
The Trump administration has appointed a former State Department and Goldman Sachs executive to oversee US export promotion, Kallanish reports.
Elizabeth Erin Walsh will serve as Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Global Markets and Director General of the US and Foreign Commercial Services. She most recently served as Special Assistant to President Donald Trump.
