Triple-S Steel acquires Alamo Iron Works
Houston, Texas-based steel service centre Triple-S Steel Holdings has acquired San Antonio, Texas-based Alamo Iron Works, Kallanish reports.
According to Alamo Iron Works, the company's assets were acquired by Triple-S Steel on 18 January, adding to Triple-S's 40 locations operating in the US, Canada, and Colombia.
Triple-S Steel currently sells approximately 500,000 tons of steel per year.
